Making lowend Torque with the EVO8???

Anyone have suggestions? I've seen Dyno graphs that show lots of low end torque (more then I would expect)... retarding cams???

+2,+1 on the cam gears helps me alot. I get nearly 375awtq at ~3500. Much lower than that on the rpm band you're just gonna need more displacement or better VE (IE less backpressure)

Which cams do you have??? I have the 264/272 HKS combo on the car right now.

Have the stock cam gears on it. I've noticed with these cams people are running +1/-1 on them. Guess I'm going to have to do some messing around with them when I get them in.

thanks...

I have GSC/HKS 272s. Look for posts by TedB on EvoM for cam gear orientation selection and explanation.
